Mina is a BASI Certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor and studio owner who is passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and balance through movement.
With a background in kinesiology, architectural space design, and 3D art, she brings both analytical precision and creativity to her teaching. She creates personalized Pilates sessions to support a wide range of goals, including prenatal and postnatal care, rehabilitation, improved mobility, and overall wellness.
Her journey with Pilates began while working as a 3D artist, when she experienced persistent wrist pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and back pain. Through Pilates, she regained strength, improved movement patterns, and recovered from chronic discomfort. This experience inspired her to become an instructor and help others discover the benefits of mindful movement. As a mother to a baby girl, she has developed an even deeper appreciation for the body's resilience and adaptability.
Outside the studio, Mina enjoys walking, hiking, reading, sharing tea with friends, and spending time with her family.

Kate is a comprehensive Pilates instructor and physiotherapist with a background in exercise science, bringing a comprehensive and evidence-based approach to movement and rehabilitation.
Originally from Australia, she holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from Australian Catholic University and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Charles Sturt University. She is currently preparing for the Canadian Physiotherapy Examination.
With her clinical background, Kate has extensive experience designing personalized, goal-oriented Pilates rehabilitation programs to help clients move safely, build strength, and achieve their health goals. Her areas of specialization include healthy aging, pelvic floor health for older adults, postoperative rehabilitation, and supporting individuals living with Parkinson's disease.
Kate is passionate about empowering clients to move with confidence and maintain their independence through purposeful, individualized movement. She enjoys working with clients at all stages of their rehabilitation journey and strives to create a supportive environment where they feel encouraged to reach their goals.
Outside of the studio, Kate enjoys hiking both locally and internationally, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, and following veteran and Paralympic sports.

Minji is a STOTT and Power Pilates certified instructor with a background in kinesiology and a strong foundation in physiotherapy practice in hospital and rehabilitation settings.
With a clinical background in healthcare, she takes an educational and movement-focused approach to teaching, helping clients improve posture, build strength, and develop greater body awareness and confidence. Her areas of interest include postural alignment, rehabilitation support, strength and conditioning through Pilates, mobility and flexibility training, and functional movement for overall wellness.
Her Pilates journey began while working as a physiotherapist. Years of hands-on treatment led to shoulder pain from the physical demands of her work. While seeking ways to rehabilitate her own body and improve movement efficiency, she discovered Pilates. Through consistent practice, she experienced firsthand how mindful movement, strength, and alignment can support recovery and long-term well-being. This experience inspired her transition into Pilates teaching.
When not teaching, Minji enjoys running, paddle boarding, traveling, and exploring new cafes and wellness practices. Her active lifestyle continues to inspire her balanced and practical approach to movement and health.

Vikki is a BASI Certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor who is passionate about helping clients of all ages and experience levels build strength, improve posture, and move with greater confidence. She creates personalized sessions that support healthy movement, overall wellness, and each client's unique goals.
Drawing from both professional training and personal experience, Vikki also specializes in prenatal and postnatal Pilates, helping clients feel strong, supported, and connected to their bodies throughout every stage of their journey.
Her Pilates journey began after the birth of her child, when she experienced firsthand the physical changes that come with pregnancy and postpartum recovery. What started as a personal practice grew into a passion, leading her to become a certified Pilates instructor. She has since continued her education with a focus on prenatal and postnatal Pilates.
In her free time, Vikki enjoys healthy cooking, running, and spending time outdoors.

Haun is a STOTT Certified Pilates Instructor with comprehensive training including Injured and Special Populations. She helps clients move with greater ease, strength, and body awareness through a caring, attentive, and supportive approach focused on mindful movement, proper alignment, strength, and balance.
Her Pilates journey began through her own experience of finding relief from physical discomfort and developing a deeper mind-body connection. This inspired her to become an instructor and share the benefits of Pilates with others. She believes mindful movement can positively influence both the body and how we feel.
Haun has a particular interest in supporting clients transitioning from injury recovery back into everyday activities, as well as prenatal and postnatal Pilates. She is passionate about continuing to expand her knowledge and providing patient, thoughtful, and personalized guidance through different stages of life and movement.
Outside the studio, Haun enjoys swimming, walking, cooking, and spending time with friends. These simple activities help her stay grounded and bring balance to her everyday life.

Stefanie is a BASI Certified Pilates Instructor dedicated to helping clients build strength, improve alignment, and move with greater confidence and body awareness. She takes a supportive and personalized approach to teaching, helping clients develop healthy movement patterns through strength, control, and precision. Her areas of specialization include rehabilitation, postural alignment, strength training, and general wellness.
Her Pilates journey began while working in retail, when she started practicing to improve her posture and relieve tension from long work hours. As she became more aware of her movement patterns and alignment, her interest in Pilates grew into a passion that inspired her to become an instructor.
Pilates taught Stefanie how daily habits can influence posture and movement, reinforcing the value of consistency, patience, and attention to detail. This perspective continues to shape both her teaching approach and the way she supports her clients.
Outside of the studio, Stefanie enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new cafes and restaurants.

Sharon is a STOTT-trained Pilates instructor with a background in clinical genetics and a fascination with how the body moves, adapts, and functions.
With a background in healthcare background, she takes an educational approach to teaching, helping clients improve posture, build strength, and move with greater ease and confidence. Her areas of interest include postural alignment, rehabilitation and injury prevention, functional movement, strength and stability development, and movement education.
Her Pilates journey began while managing chronic neck, shoulder, and lower back pain. Through consistent practice, she experienced firsthand how improved alignment and movement quality could reduce discomfort and enhance daily function. This inspired her to become an instructor and help others better understand their bodies through movement.
Outside the studio, Sharon enjoys surfing, snowboarding, running, strength training, and camping. Her active lifestyle has given her a deep appreciation for mobility, recovery, balance, and the role movement plays in supporting a healthy, active life.

Pregnancy and postpartum are times of immense change—and Pilates can be a powerful support. With modifications and gentle guidance, we help expecting and new mothers build core strength, ease discomfort, and prepare for (and recover from) childbirth. Our sessions focus on mindful movement, breath, and body awareness to nurture both mom and baby.

Recovering from an injury? Pilates can be an excellent part of your rehab journey.
